Ag Solution Master

The Original “GYP Machine”

Get the best yields from your water

The Ag Solution Master was developed in the mid 1980s by a leading soil chemist in order to maximize the benefits of fertilizers and gypsum on commercial crops. The most cost effective and efficient way to apply chemicals is in soluble form through an existing irrigation system. This provides a rapid and even distribution throughout the soil and supplies minerals at the time of the growing cycle when crops benefit most.

Gypsum is an inexpensive source of free calcium which improves soil structure through flocculation and helps to eliminate crusting, run off and saturated soil conditions. Calcium also helps optimize pH and corrects mineral imbalances, particularly sodium. As a result, soluble gypsum promotes better root growth and increased water and mineral uptake for healthier plants and higher yields. Through improved distribution and uptake, water usage may be reduced by up to a third.

The versatile Ag Solution Master may also be used as a cost saving tool for applying any liquid or water soluble product to the crop – fertilizers, potassium sulfate (potash), etc. The chemical products are dissolved by agitation and the output is metered directly into any form of irrigation system.

Each machine is hand built in California to meet the exact needs of the customer. A range of tank sizes are available and the motor can be powered by all voltages and phases of electricity or by gas. The units can be portable for use at a variety of pump sites and may be set up for automatic silo filling or manual bag filling.

Thousands of machines are now in use and improving the yields on a wide variety of crops:
